I loved getting to be part of Edward & Amanda’s amazing York wedding. Such a cool couple, they looked amazing and all the details were really lovely as well. A true rock & roll bride & groom!

They got married at The Hospitium in York Museum gardens. They got engaged just outside the Hospitium, when Ed asked Amanda to marry him a squirrel came right up to her and let her feed it. We went back to the same spot with some squirrel food and the same thing happened again!

After the ceremony and drinks reception at the Hospitium they moved on to bar/restaurant Stonegate in a really cute private room in the courtyard. They had loads of nice details they had decorated the room with, and an amazing cake and macaroons. While there we went for a little walk, found some great walls for portraits and back to the bridge over the river just as sun was setting.

To finish the night they headed to the bar Evil Eye where they had a private room and got the cocktails flowing. What a wedding!

This is just a small preview of the day, loads more good photos where these came from….
